Custom Slate Plaque

Create a custom real slate plaque in your choice of heart or rectangle shape, personalized with your favorite photo, name, quote, memorial design, or special message. Each plaque is made from actual slate stone, giving it a beautiful natural edge and a heavy, solid feel so customers know it’s genuine slate — not a lightweight imitation. These custom plaques make meaningful gifts for families, couples, memorials, pets, holidays, and special occasions, and they look great displayed at home or in an office.

After ordering, please email your photo(s), design ideas, or reference images to help@madeandmischief.com and include your order details so your design can be created just the way you want it.
